Anne Siroky
Anne Siroky, Founder of The Future Factory NPO and Founder/Director of Dynamic Sports and Outreach NPC, is a decorated athlete and community leader. Her accolades include the South African Student Travel Services Project of the Year Award (2005), Shoprite Checkers SABC2 Woman of the Year for Sport (2007), and Sowetan SABC Community Builder of the Year (2007), among many others. A former South Africa number one beach volleyball player and National Indoor Ladies Team Captain, Anne received a 20 year Long Service Award in 2012 and was inducted into the SA Masters Volleyball Hall of Fame in 2022. Recognized in 2022 by the Western Cape government as a Volleyball Legend, she continues to inspire through her 47 year coaching career across schools, clubs, and universities. Beyond sport, Anne is a motivational speaker, MC for major community events, and a dedicated lay minister. In 2025, she climbed Mount Kilimanjaro to honor supporters of her NPO — a testament to her resilience, gratitude, and unwavering spirit.
Jillian Alexander
Jillian Alexander, former Director of The Future Factory and Founder/Director of Dynamic Sports and Outreach NPC, has excelled both on and off the field. A standout in softball and hockey, she once coached South Africa’s youth softball team and represented Western Province in both sports on numerous occasions. After becoming deaf, Jillian has become a passionate advocate for inclusion, proving that disability is not a limitation. She was recognized as Sportsperson with a Disability for her region and named runner up in the Western Cape Awards. Her governance expertise is equally notable: Jillian worked with the Department of Community Social Crime Prevention on the Victim Support Project in collaboration with SAPS before transitioning into nonprofit leadership. This experience ensures Dynamic Sports and Outreach NPC remains credible, compliant, and impactful.
Derick Golding
Derick Golding, Director of Dynamic Sports and Outreach NPC, is a lifelong athlete with a remarkable sporting résumé. He has completed the Two Oceans Marathon multiple times, conquered the Comrades Marathon, cycled the Argus Tour, and played soccer, hockey, and baseball. His dedication extends beyond sport: Derick left his job to care for his late mother until she reached nearly 102 years of age, reflecting his compassion and resilience. Today, he channels that same commitment into organizing sports events that foster teamwork, discipline, and community spirit.
Together, Anne, Jillian, and Derick lead Dynamic Sports and Outreach NPC with strength, vision, and unity. Their combined experience ensures the organization remains inspiring, inclusive, and impactful.
